JP Cabinet (Low-Voltage AC Integrated Distribution Box) is an integrated power distribution product installed on the low-voltage side of transformers, integrating power distribution, metering, protection, control and reactive power compensation functions. It consists of three compartments: switch compartment, metering compartment and compensation compartment. Its main components include circuit breakers, metering and measuring current transformers, energy meters and data collection terminals, integrated power distribution control terminals, capacitor switching units and self-healing low-voltage shunt capacitors.
In the entire power system, although the gas relay is only a "small accessory" on the transformer, it always protects the internal safety of the transformer. It can not only keenly capture early subtle anomalies, but also decisively cut off the power supply in critical moments, truly embodying the value of "four or two moves a thousand pounds".
As the core equipment in the power system, the stable performance of transformers directly affects the safe operation and power supply quality of the power grid. However, in actual operation, many transformers will experience problems such as large voltage fluctuations, uneven load distribution, and reduced overload capabilities. These phenomena usually point to the "poor stability performance" of the transformer. So, what are the root causes of poor stability performance of transformers?
GGJ low-voltage reactive power compensation cabinet is a power factor correction device specially designed for 0.4kV low-voltage power grid. It compensates the reactive power required by the system through automatically switching capacitors, which can raise the power factor above 0.9, so as to reduce the loss of transformers and lines and improve power quality.
It can be used in conjunction with corresponding PGL and GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinets, or used independently.
Every parameter on the transformer nameplate is not written randomly. Together they define the electrical characteristics, operating boundaries and applicable scenarios of this equipment. Whether it is procurement selection, installation acceptance, operation monitoring or fault analysis, the first step is to understand this nameplate. Once we have mastered the three core parameters of capacity, voltage, and connection group, and combined with the impedance voltage and loss data, we can make a basic judgment on the performance and scope of application of a transformer, laying a solid foundation for subsequent work.
XL-21 is a national standard indoor enclosed fixed-type low-voltage power distribution cabinet. It is applicable to AC 50Hz, 400V three-phase low-voltage power distribution system. It is mainly used for power distribution, start-stop control of fan & water pump motors, line overload and short-circuit protection in industrial workshops, building machine rooms and electromechanical supporting equipment. It is the most widely-used terminal power distribution complete equipment covered by CCC certification in China, with all components fixed-mounted and non-drawable structure.
