Power transformers are a crucial part of Ceho manufacturer's comprehensive product portfolio, providing reliable protection and efficient transmission for power systems. We employ advanced design techniques in manufacturing these products, offering both oil-immersed and dry-type transformers.
Ceho will provide advice based on your specific needs. If you intend to use it indoors, especially in environments where fire safety is paramount, such as high-traffic shopping malls, high-rise residential buildings, or schools, we recommend dry-type transformers. They use air or resin as the insulation/cooling medium, eliminating the risk of oil leakage and simplifying maintenance.
However, if you are using it outdoors or in industrial substations, oil-immersed transformers offer better heat dissipation and overload capacity, making them more economical and efficient for high-rated power applications.
We provide comprehensive after-sales service and technical support, and also offer some product maintenance suggestions. Ceho products are relatively easy to install and maintain, requiring minimal checks or component replacements; regular inspections from necessary angles are sufficient.
The most basic and simplest method is visual inspection. Oil leaks, corrosion, the color of the silicone in the breather, and the integrity of bushings and gaskets are often detectable visually. If these issues arise during daily operation, they can be addressed immediately. Afterwards, electrical testing can be performed. For any questions or regarding how to develop a maintenance plan under operating conditions, please contact Ceho.
If possible, we recommend performing thermal imaging inspection, using an infrared thermal imager to identify hot spots on the bushings, joints, and tank surface. If you purchased one of our oil-immersed transformers, dielectric strength, moisture content, and dissolved gas analysis are also necessary to rule out internal faults through oil analysis.
