Oil temperature is one of the key parameters during the operation of oil-immersed transformers. Its changes directly affect the insulation performance, service life and operational stability of the transformer. When the oil temperature is too high, it will cause the insulation material inside the transformer to age faster, thereby reducing the insulation strength and increasing the risk of failure. At the same time, high temperature will accelerate the oxidation reaction of transformer oil, generate acidic substances and sediments, and further deteriorate the insulation performance. On the other hand, if the oil temperature is too low, the viscosity of the transformer oil may increase, affecting the normal operation of the cooling system, thereby reducing the heat dissipation efficiency of the transformer.
As a modern enterprise deeply engaged in the power transmission and transformation equipment industry, CEHO Group focuses on the R&D, production and innovation of power equipment.
Walking into any distribution room or substation, you will most likely encounter only two types of transformers - oil-immersed (oil transformer) and dry-type (dry transformer). They do the same job (voltage conversion), but their "physical constitution" is completely different. Understanding their differences will help you avoid pitfalls during model selection and acceptance.
GCS type low voltage draw-out switchgear is a high-performance, modular, and type-tested low-voltage power distribution & motor control center (MCC/PCC) solution. Developed based on international advanced design concepts and optimized for global industrial power demand, this product fully complies with IEC 61439-1/2 international standards and EU CE certification requirements (LVD 2014/35/EU & EMC 2014/30/EU).
As an indispensable cornerstone of the power network, transformers have witnessed every leap forward from the steam age to the intelligent age. It is not only an efficient porter of electric energy, but also the core translator behind the transformation of modern industry and green energy.
The MNS low-voltage draw-out switchgear is a modulus combined device specially designed for low-voltage power distribution systems, applicable to power networks with an AC frequency of 50-60Hz and a rated operating voltage of 660V and below.
