Oil Immersed Distribution Power Transformer

The core of Oil Immersed Distribution Power Transformer is constructed by laminating imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, significantly reducing no-load and no-load current. The core is bound to ensure compactness and minimize noise. High and low-voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. Low-voltage windings for 500KVA and below adopt a double-layer cylindrical structure, while those for 630KVA and above use a double-helix or quad-helix structure or copper foil winding. High-voltage windings employ a multi-layer cylindrical structure.

The transformer adopts the Dyn11 connection group to minimize harmonic effects on the power grid and enhance power supply quality. Its fully sealed construction extends service life, eliminates the need for core removal, and requires no maintenance. After standard transportation, this series transformer requires no core inspection. Relevant components can be installed directly, followed by acceptance testing. Upon passing, it is ready for operation.
