Installation Method

1. Site preparation: The location to be installed needs to be kept clean, dry and free of dust and other contaminants.

2. Installation: We provide mounting brackets and accessories with which to mount the RMU securely on a stable and sturdy surface.

3. Electrical connection: Connect the incoming and outgoing cables to the specified terminals, which need to be firmly connected, and this process needs to make correct electrical connections according to the attached wiring diagram.

4. Grounding: Make sure the RMU is properly grounded, otherwise there may be a risk of electric shock.Connect the ground terminal to the ground bus of the switchboard or switchgear.

5. Test: After installation, insulation resistance and continuity test shall be carried out to test whether installation is correct and function is normal.We recommend that you perform open and close operations several times to verify operation.
