Electronic Molded Case Circuit Breaker

Factory-direct Electronic Molded Case Circuit Breaker wholesale – 50% off bulk orders.
The electronic MCCB is a low-voltage circuit breaker that uses a microprocessor or electronic trip unit to achieve high-precision protection. It is suitable for power distribution systems with high requirements for selective protection, intelligent monitoring and remote control.

China Electronic Molded Case Circuit Breaker manufacturer – high-quality OEM/ODM suppliers with competitive pricing! Electronic MCCBs acquire current signals in real time via current sensors (such as current transformers) and send them to the electronic trip unit (ETU) for analysis and processing. When an overload, short circuit, or ground fault is detected, the electronic module issues a trip command, driving the actuator to quickly disconnect the circuit.

Installation Instructions

Electronic Molded Case Circuit Breaker installation is simple due to their modular or plug-and-play design. Always turn off the main power before starting installation. Follow the wiring diagram provided by the manufacturer. Ensure the live wire and load wire are connected correctly. If you are using solar panels or batteries, use a two-way MCCB. This ensures system safety and prevents damage. Tighten all wires to prevent loosening. Loose wires will cause the MCCB to trip when it shouldn't.

Use appropriate tools to tighten the terminals.

Check that the RMCCB fits your distribution panel.

After installation, press the test button to test the MCCB.

Note: If you are unsure how to proceed, consult a certified electrician.

Construction

An MCCB is made from the following main parts each one explained in detail

1. Arc chute

2. Contacts

3. Operating mechanism

4. Terminal Connector

5. Thermal Trip Unit

6. Magnetic Trip Unit

7. Handle / Trip-free Mechanism

8. Trip Button

Applications

Electronic Molded Case Circuit Breakers handle extremely high currents and are ideal for heavy duty applications in industry.

Adjustable trip setting: Compared to MCB, MCCB has a wider application range, which can support its performance because it has higher current handling capability and adjustable trip setting function. Suitable for both low and high current applications.

Motor protection: MCCB can protect large motors from overload damage when used in industrial fields. The adjustable trip mentioned above is designed to withstand high surge currents with the necessary delay.

Welding machine protection: The welding machine consumes a very large current. If you still want to choose MCB to deal with it, we, as a professional manufacturer, can tell you that it is unbearable. It is recommended that you choose MCCB directly.

Power feeder protection: This product is used for power distribution on power feeders carrying hundreds of amperes and is not suitable for MCB.

Generator Protection: Protects large generators producing hundreds of amperes.

Capacitor bank protection: Capacitor banks are used for power factor correction. At the same time, it can prevent high current.
