Residual Current Molded Case Circuit Breaker

China Residual Current Molded Case Circuit Breaker factory specializing in high-volume production with strict ISO quality control, offering OEM/ODM services. The RCBO (Residual Current Block) or MCCB with residual current protection is a low-voltage protection device that integrates overload, short circuit, and residual current (leakage) protection. It is suitable for power distribution systems with higher requirements for personal safety and equipment protection.

Factory-direct Residual Current Molded Case Circuit Breaker wholesale – 50% off bulk orders. Molded case circuit breakers operate on the principle of thermal release contacts. When the current exceeds the rated value, the contacts heat up, causing the spring force to decrease, ultimately disengaging the contacts and cutting off the power supply.

Residual Current Molded Case Circuit Breaker is suitable for household, commercial, and industrial electrical systems, and is commonly used to protect AC power lines and terminal equipment, such as distribution boxes, air conditioners, lighting equipment, and motors. Furthermore, molded case circuit breakers can also be used for circuit protection in high-temperature, humid, and explosive environments.

Operating Environment

1. Ambient air temperature: -5℃~+40℃

2. Installation site altitude not exceeding 2000 meters

3. Relative humidity at the installation site should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, for example, up to 90% at 20℃. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.

4. Pollution degree: Level 3

5. Residual Current Molded Case Circuit Breaker meets the testing requirements of GB/T2423.4 and GB/T2423.18, and can withstand the effects of humid air, salt spray, oil mist, mold, etc.

6. The Residual Current Molded Case Circuit Breaker should be installed in a location free from explosion hazards and conductive dust (insufficient to corrode metal and damage insulation).

7. The circuit breaker should be installed in a location protected from rain and snow intrusion.

8. Operating conditions: The circuit breaker meets the test requirements of GB/T 2423.1 and GB/T 2423.2. The ambient air temperature can be as low as -25℃ (ARM1DC/ARM3DC/ARM6DC can provide temperatures as low as -40℃, please consult our company), and the maximum can reach +70℃ (the capacity will decrease when the temperature exceeds 40℃, please refer to the technical data of the attached sample).
