Cabinet Structure

(1) When manufacturing GGD Low Voltage Switchgear, we select 8MF cold-formed steel for partial welding of cabinet frame, and the installation holes are arranged at modular intervals of E=20mm and E=100mm, so the assembly flexibility of the product will be higher.

(2) ZMJ type bus clamp adopts thermoplastic molding of high flame retardant PPO material, and the modular structure can provide high mechanical strength and insulation performance at the same time.

(3) The front of the cabinet with a width of 1000mm and 1200mm is a symmetrical double-door structure, and the front of the cabinet with a width of 600mm and 800mm is a single-door structure. The back of the cabinet also adopts symmetrical double-door design, without wall mounting.

(4) The cabinet door is connected to the frame by galvanized pivot hinge, which is convenient for installation, disassembly and necessary maintenance in the future. Rubber strip embedded in door edge.

(5) All internal components are grounded with knurled grounding screws to form a complete grounding protection circuit.

There are multiple ventilation openings on both the top and bottom of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged from the top slots, while cold air continuously enters from the bottom slots. This can create a natural upward airflow inside the sealed cabinet, achieving effective heat dissipation.

▶ Detachable top cover: The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, facilitating on-site assembly and adjustment of the busbar. In addition, lifting rings are installed at the four corners of the cabinet to facilitate hoisting and transportation.
