BS Photovoltaic Box-Type Transformer

The electricity generated by photovoltaic cells is low-voltage DC. After being collected and inverted into three-phase low-voltage AC, BS Photovoltaic Box-Type Transformer is stepped up to 10kV, 20kV, or 35kV by a dedicated photovoltaic prefabricated substation and connected to the grid. Photovoltaic step-up prefabricated substations typically have multiple low-voltage incoming lines, with a separate transformer on the low-voltage side. The prefabricated transformer is equipped with an intelligent control system that uploads the operating status of each component to a central control room for centralized monitoring.

Dedicated prefabricated substations for wind power generation are used to convert the 690V output voltage from wind turbines to 10kV or 35kV for grid connection. Typically, the generator set is used in conjunction with the step-up prefabricated substation, and there is only one low-voltage incoming line.

BS Photovoltaic Box-Type Transformer and wind power-specific prefabricated substations typically employ a transformer assembly structure to reduce size and footprint, facilitating transportation and installation. Compared to prefabricated step-up substations, they are lighter and, due to the elimination of the need for an additional transformer cooling system, offer higher conversion efficiency.

When using prefabricated step-up substations, both oil-immersed and dry-type transformers can be installed internally.

Technical parameters

The installation mode of special box-type substation for photovoltaic power generation and special box-type substation for wind power generation shall be determined according to the structural form selected in the library design.Special installation foundation shall be set up and necessary grounding and fastening measures shall be taken.Please refer to the basic production and installation methods of prefabricated box substations and combination transformers.

1. BS Photovoltaic Box-Type Transformer shell adopts advanced technology design, has a variety of reliable performance guarantee, durable, heat insulation, ventilation, corrosion resistance, dust prevention, waterproof, small animal prevention, beautiful appearance.Shell materials can be selected aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, composite plate, stainless steel plate and non-metallic materials.

XGN15, HXGN17 or KNYN 28A can be selected as incoming line, high voltage metering and high voltage outgoing line for high voltage switchgear.The high voltage side can be arranged into a variety of power supply modes, including ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc., and can be installed with high voltage metering elements to meet the high voltage metering requirements. The main switch is recommended to use load switch or vacuum circuit breaker, compact and reasonable structure, and has a good anti-misoperation effect.

3. GGD, GCS or MNS can be selected as low voltage switchgear, reactive power compensation and low voltage outgoing line. The low voltage side adopts panel/cabinet structure, which can meet the functions of power distribution, lighting power distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy measurement, etc.The main switch is an ordinary load switch or intelligent circuit breaker, which is flexible to install and easy to operate.

4. The transformer may be a fully sealed oil-immersed transformer or a dry-type transformer. For oil-immersed transformers, S9, S11, S13 or SH15 models are recommended, while for dry-type transformers, SCB11, SCB12, SCB14 or SCBH15 models are recommended.Can be configured freely according to the actual needs of customers, the choice is more flexible.

5. The top cover of the box adopts double-layer structure design, and the middle layer is filled with foam plastic, so the heat insulation effect is good. The transformer room is equipped with anti-condensation and automatic temperature control monitoring devices, heating and cooling devices.the dustproof device is arranged at the position corresponding to the shutter outside the door plate and the side plate.

1.  The altitude shall not exceed 1000m;

2.  Ambient temperature: - 25 ° C ~ + 40 ° C;

3.  Relative humidity: the daily average value shall not be greater than 95%, and the monthly average value shall not be greater than 90%;

4.  Installation site: a place without fire, explosion hazard, conductive dust, chemical corrosive gas and violent vibration.
