The high-voltage winding conductors are made of high-quality conductors and reinforced with chopped glass fiber felt. An advanced Heydrich vacuum casting system is used for casting under vacuum conditions, effectively suppressing partial discharge (PDF) with a PDF rate ≤5pc.

The low-voltage winding uses high-quality foil conductors and is wound on an automatic foil winding machine. This machine employs a patented hydraulic energy-saving tension crimping device with a detection accuracy of ±0.5mm and advanced argon arc welding technology, playing a crucial role in ensuring coil winding quality.

The core of the Epoxy Resin Cast Dry Type Distribution Transformer transformer uses high-quality, high-permeability oriented silicon steel sheets, treated with a 45° full-bevel grinding process, and coated with a special moisture-proof and rust-proof coating, effectively reducing no-load current and noise levels.
