CEHO Group’s Subsidiary Zhejiang Guzi Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. Breaks Ground on Power Transformer Production Base

On January 13, 2026, an auspicious day with a fresh look of everything, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Power Transformer Production Base of Zhejiang Guzi Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., a core subsidiary of CEHO Group, grandly kicked off at the Wenzhou Oujiang Estuary Industrial Agglomeration Area. Executives from CEHO Group, relevant leaders of Wenzhou Municipal Government and Oujiang Estuary Industrial Agglomeration Area Administration Committee, industry experts, and partner representatives gathered together to witness this important moment marking the Group’s deepening layout in the high-end power equipment sector and its contribution to regional green energy development.

The ceremony venue was decorated with red carpets and hanging colored balloons, permeated with a solemn yet lively atmosphere. Amid the stirring drumbeats, the groundbreaking ceremony officially commenced on the morning of January 13. The President of CEHO Group delivered a speech first, stating that the Group has always adhered to the mission of "Empowering Green Energy and Driving Industrial Upgrading". The construction of the specialized transformer production base in Oujiang Estuary this time is a strategic move for the Group to improve the industrial chain layout of power equipment and strengthen the competitiveness of core products. Relying on CEHO Group’s advantages in capital, technological R&D, and global market channels, Guzi Electric Power will build a leading intelligent transformer manufacturing base in China, providing core support for the development of the new energy industry and power grid upgrading.

The Chairman of Guzi Electric Power then elaborated on the project planning and product positioning in detail. It is learned that the production base has a total investment of 200 million yuan, covering an area of 20 mu with a construction area of about 35,000 square meters. It will be equipped with 4 intelligent production lines and 1 provincial-level enterprise technology center. The core products of the base focus on two high-energy-efficiency series — S20-M type oil-immersed transformers and SCBH19 type amorphous alloy dry-type transformers, fully covering the capacity range from 30kVA to 2500kVA, which can meet the power demands of various scenarios such as urban and rural power grid transformation, industrial manufacturing, new energy grid connection, and high-rise buildings.

As the flagship products of the base, the S20-M type oil-immersed transformers strictly comply with the national standard GB20052-2024, reaching the Class II energy efficiency level. Compared with traditional S13 series products, their no-load loss and load loss are reduced by more than 10% on average, effectively cutting down energy waste during power transmission. Adopting a fully sealed structure design, combined with high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet iron cores and high-conductivity oxygen-free copper windings, they boast advantages such as moisture and dust resistance, strong short-circuit resistance, and long maintenance cycles, making them particularly suitable for complex operating environments like outdoor areas, remote mountainous power grids, and industrial enterprises. On the other hand, the SCBH19 type amorphous alloy dry-type transformers lead the industry with Class I energy efficiency standards. Their core iron cores are made of amorphous alloy materials with disordered atomic arrangement, whose hysteresis loss is much lower than that of traditional silicon steel sheets, and their no-load loss performance is particularly outstanding. With oil-free design and Class H insulating materials, this product features flame retardancy, self-extinguishing, low noise, and no pollution. It can be installed deep into the load center without special fire protection measures, making it an ideal choice for high-rise buildings, airports, data centers and other places.

The landing of the project not only demonstrates the strong technical strength of Guzi Electric Power, but also is highly aligned with the national "dual carbon" strategy and Wenzhou’s industrial upgrading plan. The relevant leader of Wenzhou Municipal Government emphasized in his speech that as a highland for advanced manufacturing agglomeration, the Oujiang Estuary Industrial Agglomeration Area is fully committed to building a new energy equipment industry ecosystem. The entry of Guzi Electric Power’s transformer production base will fill the gap in high-end intelligent transformer manufacturing in the region, drive the agglomeration of upstream and downstream supporting industries such as material supply, precision processing, and testing services, and inject strong impetus into Wenzhou’s efforts to build a 100-billion-level power equipment industrial cluster. The government will provide full-process "concierge-style" services to ensure the project’s early completion, commissioning and production.

Witnessed by all the guests present, the executives of CEHO Group and Guzi Electric Power, together with government leaders, jointly wielded spades to shovel soil and lay a solid foundation for the base. Salutes roared and applause thundered, pushing the atmosphere of the ceremony to a climax. The attending partner representatives all expressed their optimism about the market prospects of the two high-energy-efficiency transformer series and their willingness to deepen cooperation with Guzi Electric Power to expand the domestic and international markets together.

According to introduction, the base is expected to be officially put into production in the third quarter of 2027. Upon reaching full capacity, it will achieve an annual output value of over 1 billion yuan, and create more than 350 jobs. In the future, Guzi Electric Power will take the Oujiang Estuary Production Base as the core, rely on CEHO Group’s global layout, continuously increase R&D investment, upgrade product performance iteratively, and strive to become a leading domestic and internationally renowned transformer solution provider. This groundbreaking on January 13, 2026, is not only a significant leap in the development history of Guzi Electric Power, but also a vivid practice of government-enterprise collaboration to promote the high-quality development of the green energy industry. It will surely make greater contributions to the power system upgrading and energy conservation and emission reduction cause in the Yangtze River Delta and even the whole country.
